When you created your Arweave wallet account, you were provided with a Recovery Kit. In order to reset your Arweave wallet password, you will need to first complete the Password Reset request, and provide your Recovery Kit. You will then be required to validate your identity. If these steps are successful, you will receive an email to perform a password reset on your Arweave wallet.
You would have originally received your Recovery Kit by email from "noreply@upvest.co" with the subject line "Your Recovery Kit is Ready". Unfortunately, without the correct password or your Recovery Kit, Upvest does not have the ability to recover access to your account. The Recovery Kit looks like the file below:
